Your groceries will be
in place if you send a faxed list of the food you wish in advance. Local
purchases are limited to fresh fish, lobster in season and basic staples
such as eggs, potatoes etc. |

In nearby Conch Bar,
Daniel's Cafe serves local specialties. Other local cooks also prepare
meals or convenient burgers by prior arrangement. These are available
for take-out or, in some cases, may be eaten in the cook's home. The
Owner/Managers at Blue Horizon Resort are resident on site. This makes
Blue Horizon Resort an excellent way to experience the tranquility of
Middle Caicos Island. They have made Middle Caicos their home and look
forward to sharing it with you. |
