Kinamwei means "Peace and Tranquility" offering maximum privacy on a two acre estate with its own private beach.

Kinamwei is an open and spacious villa surrounding a large central private outdoor terrace. The villa consists of a three bedroom main house that comfortably sleeps 6 guests and a two bedroom guest cottage to accommodate 4 guests, accommodating 10 guests comfortably. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ensuite baths.The main house and the guest cottage are connected via a walkway.

The property provides great flexibility in that it can be rented as a 5 bedroom property for large groups or the main house and guest cottage can be rented separately.  (The main house and guest cottage will not be rented simultaneously to different groups).

Kinamwei has a covered fresh water sitting pool and its own private beach. Enjoy the twinkling lights of yachts at anchor and the constant breezes of the trade winds.

Kinamwei features a large formal living and dining room, an informal inside lounging area; a large, fully-equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned study surrounded by a beautiful outdoor terrace.  The swimming pool sits between the main house and the guest house and features a covered dining and lounging area.

Guest Cottage

Maid service is included one time in the middle of your stay for a light clean-up. Additional maid service is available for $20 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
