NILA Destinations is the first Destination and Event Management Company in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The company was founded in 2001 and has organized and executed more than 500 events since then, from small destination wedding events to corporate events up to 300 participants. Services include organization of meetings, incentives and events, concept and design of programs, creation of themes, full project management, decoration and more. Services for Wedding Groups Nila Destinations offers a comprehensive range of services and products for the creation of dream weddings of any size. Services include unlimited wedding planning hours via email and phone, arrangement of flowers, decorations, legal documents, creation of menus, on / off site catering and dinners, entertainment, hotel reservations, arrangement of transportation and more. Nila Destinations offers a unique service which extends to the entire wedding group, including guests. We assist with arrangements of activities, rental cars, baby sitter services and more. Special web pages are created for wedding groups with information about the couple and their wedding as well as information on the islands and our contacts to assist all members of the wedding group. We feel this service is of importance, as most guests have never been to the TCI. It has proven to be a great relief to all couples to be able to direct their wedding guests to Nila Destinations for assistance in all matters. She specializes in program planning, creative themes and onsite coordination. Rosalind Wallace - event planner. Rosalind specializes in destination wedding event planning and accommodation reservations. Norcius Beuel – set up and decoration. Norcius specializes in site decorations and table decorations as well as elaborate beach set ups for corporate and wedding events. Beth Bowen – freelance entertainment management and MC. Beth is a professional singer and dancer with a long experience in entertainment management. Nila Destinations works closely with the TCI Cultural Department as well as the Nation Trust, creating programs, themes and activities that are innovative and unique to the islands. The company has established long-standing relationships with service providers, artists and entertainers in the Turks & Caicos Islands enabling us to offer this unique event management service. NILA means blue, blue like the sky or blue like the sea. The Turks and Caicos Islands - beaches like powder and a sea shimmering in ever-changing shades of blue.
