Located in one of the premier developments on the beautiful island of Providenciales, Oceanside Tower villa is a magnificent ocean front property offering fantastic views of the sparkling Caribbean waters of the Caicos Bank. Oceanside Tower was built in 1997 and has recently been remodeled along with new furniture, screened porch area and newly constructed, infinity- edged swimming pool.

The great room contains a spacious living and dining area which opens to a beautiful deck, pool, and screened porch via walls of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom opens out to a private deck offering fantastic sea views of the Caribbean and the island of West Caicos on the horizon.

This is one of several places to sit under shade and enjoy the views. Imagine seating here, reading a book and listening to the gentle ebb and flow of the waves or music from the main stereo system. There is an outdoor dining table adjacent. Dine on Royal Doulton outdoor crockery and drink from unbreakable Stahl glasses.

Access to three bedroom and the private swimming dock is via a stairwell adjacent to this seating area.

Bathe in sunlight and revel in the Ocean views as life takes on the pace of the Ancients. Villa Sounion was finished in 2000 in a style reminiscent of heritage. The Marble that grace the floors, combine with Cycladic columns in relief and the stunning views form a relaxing backdrop to the cacophony colours of Modern Life depicted on the walls. Villa Details

For your convenience, beach towels and blow driers are provided in addition to all major appliances, kitchenware, baby cribs, and linens. A collection of DVD and VCR movies are also available to our guests as well as music CDs which can be played through the DVD surround sound system. A local Internet dial-up phone number, login name and password are provided at no additional cost for guests who provide their own laptop computers. For valuables, we offer you a security box.

There is a full selection of entertainment equipment that resides in the large cupboard in the Living Room. Villa Sounion also provides a large selection of Videos, which are available for guest use. The Villa has satellite reception from DirecTV. The satellite is integrated into the Stereo receiver, allowing input from satellite audio channels to be played throughout the Villa.


	Located on the first floor overlooking the Swimming Pool and Living Room. This bedroom suite offers the guest a private, screened balcony and those early morning scenes of the Ocean. It has a wide-screen TV, DirecTV linkage, VCR and an Air-conditioner & Ceiling Fan. The enormous ensuite bathroom is like an apartment itself, it has two separate wash basin areas, two wc's, two shower heads in a shower that could comfortably accommodate the entire villas' occupants, plus an enormous walk in wardrobe.

	A spacious, modern and airy Kitchen with commanding views of the Grace Bay and the Villa's Pool. There are 2 informal dining areas outside the Kitchen - either the Veranda, overlooking the pool, or the Breakfast Balcony, overlooking the Sea. Utilities / Utility Room: There is a full laundry facility provided within the Villa for the Guest's use.


	The dining area features a large 10-seat Italianate table and offers formal dining dining when desired. The room is decorated with Modern Art, high ceiling fans and an Italian Marble floor. A full table setting for 10 is provided: Silverware/China/Wine & Water glasses. Adjacent to the dining room is a Mini-Bar, a wine refrigerator (32 bottle capacity), the kitchen and a guest bathroom. A Breakfast Balcony offers an impressive 180° view of Grace Bay, Thompson Cove and the Blue Mountains. The table sits 6 adults. An electric Barbecue Grill is available for use on the Breakfast Balcony.


	The second master suite overlooks the Villa and offers the greatest privacy and stunning balcony views. The room offers a combined Bedroom and Lounge area, with Couch, easy chairs and a writing desk. The amenities offered include TV, VCR, Air Conditioner & Ceiling Fan and Coffee Machine. This bedroom offers private access for a completely independent alternative


	Peach Bedroom Located on the ground floor, this bedroom offers a King size bed and Lounge area with Couch, coffee table and easy chair. The amenities offered include TV, Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan. This bedroom overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the Swim Dock and the Sea. The Peach Bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathrooms with shower


	Blue Bedroom - Located on the ground floor, this bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds. The amenities offered include TV, VCR, Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan. 	Glass Bedroom - Located on the ground floor, this bedroom offers a Queen size bed and desk. The guest amenities include TV, a broadly stocked Bookshelf and Ceiling Fan. This bedroom overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the Swim Dock and the Sea. This is the smallest bedroom, but it comfortably provides privacy. Introductory prices for Villa Sounion

High season: 20 Dec 2003 - 1st May 2004
$6,500 for whole house per week.

Low season: 1st May 2004 - 18th Dec 2004
$4,250 for whole house per week.

Xmas weeks (21 Dec - 5th Jan) are $7,500 per week

Easter weeks (12 April - 27th April 2003) are $6,500 per week

Arrival Assistance :
As Villa Sounion is only 7 minutes from the airport, we arrange a 'partial transfer' on arrival. This means you will be met by our property manager who will reunite you with your hire car at the airport, escort you to the villa and assist with any extra luggage.

Staff:
A maid is included for 2 full days per week, usually Wednesday and Saturday. If daily maid service, cook or nanny are required, these can be arranged at an additional cost with prior notice.

Local Assistance:
The property manager will be available during normal working hours to help arrange tours, restaurant bookings etc She is also available outside hours in an emergency.
