Villa Lynda is superbly located on the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound on the island of  Providenciales.  It is among many multi-million dollar homes that share a small private beach, Sapodilla Bay, with Taylor Bay just 2 minutes away.

The villa offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, a grand veranda with living and dining areas, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining in the Tiki Hut. 

Enjoy the infinity pool as well as lovely trellised outdoor areas for shade or a spacious pool deck with sunny chaise lounge chairs.

We offer free internet, large screen TVs and Vonage phone line for your comfort and convenience. 

Four beautifully appointed master suites each include private bathrooms and breath taking ocean views from every room.  There's also a pull out couch for additional sleeping space.

       Please note:

  • 5-night minimum, unless lesser days available between reservations.

  • Christmas, New Year’s, 7-night minimum.

  • Maximum occupancy 8 guests. $50 per person, per night, for additional guests.

  • Stays over 7 nights receive a mid-stay clean at no charge.

  • Metered A/C is available throughout the villa for additional cost

 

ELECTRICITY POLICY

Metered A/C is available throughout the villa and usage is at the guests’ discretion. The A/C meters will be read and recorded in the guests’ presence during their orientation to, and departure from, the villa. The charge for usage fluctuates according to the fuel factor surcharge, however average cost is generally around $0.49/KW hour.  Usage will be charged to the credit card provided on the Statement of Liability signed during the guests’ orientation.
