Oceana is ideally located on Sapodilla Bay, the quiet sheltered South
Shore of Providenciales. This beautiful villa is especially suited for a peaceful and relaxing
Caribbean vacation, and to families with young children.
This beachfront
vacation property can accommodate 6 to 8 people and can be rented in two
different configurations. The two bedroom configuration includes two
bedrooms with king size beds (one bedroom features a
sliding glass door out to the patio) plus as additional mini bedroom or
sleeping nook with a set of twin bunk beds. This
sleeping nook is perfect for children. The main house
also consists of a two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room and
living room.
If you choose the
three-bedroom configuration you can add the guest suite to the above
making Villa Oceana ideal for 6-8 people. This large suite (separate
from the main house but connected by the deck), contains a king size
bed, bathroom, sitting and eating area and small kitchenette.

The powder soft sand is right in front of your private villa, while
the ocean is always crystal clear, calm and shallow. Native Casuarina
trees provide shade.

The
villa is single storey and the main house features 2 bedrooms with an
additional private sleeping quarter, the self
contained guest unit 1 bedroom, all with air conditioning, which is
metered and charged. |

The main house features a large air conditioning unit in the living
area which cools the central living and dining areas . Here you will
find a seating area with entertainment centre including Satellite TV ,
VCR and stereo as well as a separate lounge area perfect for relaxing
with a good book. |

From the sliding patio doors you have an unobstructed view of the
beach and ocean beyond.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer , dishwasher ,
stove , microwave and a host of smaller electronic appliances . A
separate utility room houses the washing machine and
tumble dryer.
From the kitchen you walk through to the spacious dining area , and
then down to the sunken lounge and living area.

The
master bedroom (above picture) contains a king size bed and benefits from a large
private patio , furnished with rattan chaises, from which you can relax
and take in the wonderful ocean views. |

second bedroom features twin beds, which can be dressed as a King if
so desired. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A bunk bed is
available in the children's sleeping nook |
