7 night minimum stay unless lesser days are available between reservations.

*If reserve 7 days or more, additional nights are priced at the weekly rate pro-rated.  If reservation is less
than 7 days, then the reservation rate is at the price per night.
Metered A/C is available throughout the villa for additional cost.

Electrical share of costs – Monthly guests will be responsible for all electrical charges in excess of $150
during their monthly stay.

Rates do not include the 10% government tax.
