On the same beach, on the same weekend, by the same minister, brother Chris Vlasak and sister Tammy Vlasak were united in marriage - but not to each other!

Wedding Date - Friday January 10th 2003

Grooms name: Chris Vlasak

Chris & Dana's paths had crossed many times over the years, without actually connecting. Finally, each of them were in the right place at the right time and were introduced by friends. They've been together ever since! Tammy & Jay met each other several years before they ever dated while working for the same company. Neither one of them had expected things to turn out the way they have, but are very happy they did. Choosing Turks & Caicos as a place to be married and spend our honeymoons was easy. Since we were both looking for gorgeous beaches, turquoise water and friendly people, Turks immediately came to mind. It was a place neither of us have been before, and a place in which we heard and read such great things about.

We spent the first week of our holiday with family and friends at the all-inclusive Allegro Resort. Stunning beaches, great food and wonderful hospitality. Oliver Ferguson, a wonderfully warm minister with a notable sense of humor, married Chris & Dana on Grace Bay beach Jan 10th and Tammy &
Jay on Jan. 11th 2003. Our families from Toronto joined us as well as a few very close friends from Toronto and Australia - Pat, Joe, Brian, Alice, Karen, Marlene, Royden, Heather, Don, Alexandra, Ben, Quinn, Chris (Binky), Roger, Cassidy, Jan & Doug - thank you for making the trip! Jay & Tammy's second week was arranged for them by Beatrix of Nila destinations and was spent at a stunning Villa on Taylor Bay. Chris & Dana stayed on at the Allegro with their daughter, Cassidy. Both couples plan to enjoy their first wedding anniversary in the same area of the island - perfect!

In the months prior to coming to the island, Tammy & Dana spent a lot of
time on email with Beatrix. She took care of every little thing that was
asked for, and gave the sense of comfort knowing that all would be ready for arrival - and it was. Thank you Beatrix, thank you Oliver - our wedding days were that much more special having you a part of it!
