NILA Destinations is the first Destination and Event Management Company in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The company was founded in 2001 and has organized and executed more than 500 events since then, from small destination wedding events to corporate events up to 300 participants. The company has long standing business relationships with numerous resorts on island as their designated event planner and coordinator.

Beatrix Neuhaus – Owner. Beatrix is a long time resident of the Turks & Caicos Islands and has a profound working background of over 20 years in the Tourism and Event Planning Industry.

Rosalind McKensie - Managing Director.  Rosalind brings 20 years experience in management, marketing and sales. Rosalind operates the North American office. She lived in Providenciales for many years and specializes in Destination Wedding and Corporate Event Planning. 

Eden Wood – Event Planner and Onsite Coordinator.  Eden's focus is Corporate Event Planning as well as assistance in Onsite Wedding Coordination. She specializes in Program Planning, Creative Themes and Onsite Coordination.

Norcius Beuel – Set up and Decoration. Norcius specializes in site decorations and table decorations as well as elaborate beach set ups for corporate and wedding events.
