Hiring a Wedding Coordinator is the Wedding Gift that You Give to Yourself! 

• We will create a special event with you that will reflect your unique love and personality. We are your source of creative ideas and insider's know-how to make sure all the details are just the way you want them.
   

• We will introduce you to to the right vendors and suppliers from the beginning; saving you lots of research time and effort. The average bride spends 250 hours organizing her wedding - that's equal to 6 full-time working weeks! We help you to take care of time consuming tasks, making it all so much easier and more enjoyable for you. 
   

• We will assist you in finding the right place to stay. Whether it is a hotel or a villa.  We provide recommendations and go onsite for you to collect additional information and take pictures for you to make sure the setting is exactly what you are looking for.
   

• We negotiate group discounts with you with hotels and resorts which will be extended to your entire wedding group.
   

• We will help you set a realistic wedding budget and are able to save you money. By using our knowledge of pricing specific to this area you will know from the start exactly what your wedding will cost. We are NOT only for those couples with enormous budgets. Most couples are on a restricted budget and want to do things right. We will assist you to keep within your budget!
   

• We will create an accurate schedule that flows effortless on the wedding day. From years of experience, we know how much time things take and how much cushion time to allow. We will deal with last minute problems that may come up the day of the wedding. We have worked on hundreds of weddings so we can anticipate challenges and solve them in advance.
   

• We will take care of all all the legal paperwork work for you.
   

• We will include your family and friends in our services as well. We are here to answer questions, recommend places to stay, take care of reservations, help plan activities, find a baby sitter, rent a car - there is no limit. We are here for every person in your wedding group. 
   

• Since we are an independent party, we may often mediate disagreements when you are caught between family disputes and friendly disagreements.

Accommodation & Location

Whether you would like to be married at your hotel or right at the beach, at the poolside of your villa, on a deserted island, under a gazebo or on a beautiful sailing catamaran, we will do everything to make it perfect. We will assist you with hotel arrangements or villa rentals. We will advise you on locations, quality of rooms, distances to travel between locations, restaurants on each property and more. Please also ask us for suggestions for your honeymoon, we will be happy to assist.

Flowers & Decoration

The local flower is bougainvillea which is beautiful in bouquets or for decoration. All other flowers can be imported to create the  bouquet and decoration you envision. If you will let us know minimum 21 days in advance we will be able to get a quotation on pricing and have the flowers of your wishes waiting for you.

Cakes

We have an excellent cake maker on island who can create almost anything! You may enjoy having a look at the pictures on my website www.nilavacations.com/wedding_cakes.htm. Please keep in mind that ingredients might be different as the cake has to withstand our climate. Pricing starts at $250 per tier (each tier is 2 layers) and additional cost of fondant, decorations and fresh flowers as requested. Let us know your wishes and we are pleased to get an estimate for you.

Photography & Video

We work with the best and highly professional photographers on island offering film, digital and video. Their expertise, equipment and experience will supersede your expectations. We will provide you with their package information and put you in touch with them directly, so you can discuss your wishes.

Wedding Reception & Dinner

Providenciales offers a great variety of restaurants as well as excellent on-site caterers. For the rehearsal dinner or wedding reception and dinner we will assist you with restaurant and menu suggestions, decoration, set up and music. Rehearsal BBQs are wonderful and catering can be arranged at any location you wish. We will be onsite and oversee and coordinate the function.

Music & Entertainment

Providenciales has a great variety of musicians and bands. For your ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner party or after dinner. Dancing bands can be combined with DJ services to create a complete evening of Caribbean flair and entertainment. The choice is yours -  Acoustic Guitar, Flute, Saxophone, Calypso, Reggae, Classical and Gospel music.

Wedding Cruises & Charters
 

Wedding groups enjoy rehearsal sunset cruises on these beautiful catamarans. An ideal venue to get to know each other. A catamaran wedding cruise is wonderful and can take place after the wedding or you might consider to be married aboard or on a pristine island and an untouched beach. Weather permitting the catamaran can pick up and drop off right at the beach. Easy access is provided by a bow ladder functioning  like a comfortable staircase. Ask us for more information.
