NILA Destinations, your Turks & Caicos wedding coordinator, provides all services needed for a dream wedding in the Islands. We organize everything for you - your accommodation, legal paperwork, flowers and wedding decoration, cake, rehearsal dinner or beach BBQs, your wedding reception and even your honeymoon.

The location for the ceremony is your choice. Whether you would like to be married at your hotel or right at the beach, at the poolside of your villa, on a deserted island, under a gazebo or on a beautiful sailing catamaran, we will do everything to make it perfect. We have an excellent bakers on island who can create almost anything! You may enjoy having a look at the pictures on our website www.nilavacations.com/wedding_cakes.htm.  Please remember that ingredients might be different as the cake has to withstand our climate. Some of the flavors are lemon, almond, spice, chocolate and vanilla.  Pricing starts at $175 per tier (each tier is 2 layers) with additional costs for decorations and fresh flowers as requested.  Let us know your wishes and we are pleased to get an estimate for you.

For the rehearsal dinner or wedding reception and dinner we will assist you with restaurant and menu suggestions, decoration, set up and music. Rehearsal BBQs are wonderful and catering can be arranged at any location you wish. We will be onsite and oversee and coordinate the function.

Island Music

Providenciales has a great variety of musicians and bands. For your ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner party or after dinner. Dancing bands can be combined with DJ services to create a complete evening of Caribbean flair and entertainment. The choice is yours -  Calypso, Reggae, Classical Music, Gospel, Saxophone or Flute.

“Live with Regis and Kelly” Photographers were Ileana Ravasio and Andy Mann from Tropical Imaging On July 08  we coordinated the wedding of Brock and Kim Jason on the beach at Ocean Club East. Kim works as an assistant to Kelly Ripa, star of the popular ABC TV show “Live with Regis and Kelly”. Kelly attended Brock and Kim’s wedding, and said "This is the best wedding I ever went to and I have been to a lot of weddings! " Kelly showed Kim and Brock's wedding photo below on Monday’s edition of “Live with Regis & Kelly”. As soon as additional photos are released, we will publish them.
