of Miami, cover 193 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean and offer the third
largest coral reef system in the world. One of the most valuable possessions
of the islands are the pristine white sandy beaches, which cover 230 miles
and are complimented with crystal clear turquoise waters. This magnificent

The Turks & Caicos Islands are
beautiful by nature. The temperature is about 75 degrees in November and you
will feel the wonderful cool breezes of the trade winds. The water is
crystal clear turquoise and there is no pollution.

Airlines, US Airways, Delta Airlines, Air Canada and British Airways offer
direct routes from Miami, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Toronto and London.
The Providenciales International Airport (airport code PLS) is about a
15-minute drive from Grace Bay, where the majority of hotels and resorts are
located. There are daily inter-island flights on Turks and Caicos
Airways and Inter Island airlines. Most hotels provide complimentary shuttle
service for airport transfer.

Entry and Departure Requirements
All visitors require a valid passport and must show a round trip ticket.
Be prepared to pay a departure tax of $30 at the airport – or sometimes
this fee is already included in your airfare.

Fill out forms obtained online or from the Post Office.
Bring 2 passport photos, your Birth
Certificate, your Driver’s License, and about $85 to the Post Office or Town Clerk.

Due to the new government legislation in the Turks and Caicos a
complimentary transfer from the airport to the hotel cannot be provided
anymore. Taxi service at the airport is available immediately as you
step out of the departure lounge. Please take the next available taxi
for your fare to the hotel. The current cost is approximately $9 - $11
per/person.

Packing for the Islands
What should you bring?
Casual resort wear - shorts and t-shirts; two bathing suits and a
cover-up.
Sun dress or khakis & casual button-down shirts for dinners.
Light sweaters or jackets may be necessary on some breezy evenings.
Waterproof sunscreen, a sun hat, and sun glasses for the tropical sun.

BABY SITTER SERVICE
If you should require a baby sitter service kindly let us know
well in advance, An experienced, wonderful person is available to
take care of your little ones. The hourly rate is $10, with a
minimum of 3 hours.
